Hawaii Fires: Deaths in Maui rise to at least 99 as search goes on

The number of people known to have died in wildfires that devastated parts of the Hawaiian island of Maui has risen to 99.

Search teams are continuing the painstaking and dangerous task of searching the ashes for further victims, with hundreds of people still unaccounted for.
