The coroner in the inquest into the death of motorcyclist Harry Dunn has recommended better driver training for Americans at the RAF base near the site of the crash that killed the 19-year-old.

Harry was hit by a US government employee - Anne Sacoolas - who was driving on the wrong side of the road in 2019.

His mother said she was "disgusted" that Sacoolas did not attend the inquest.
