A gang that abducted 17 Christian missionaries in Haiti has issued a ransom demand.
It is asking for $17m from Christian Aid Ministries, a United States-based religious aid group, for the 16 Americans and one Canadian.
Three children and two teenagers are believed to be part of the group of abductees.
Al Jazeera's John Hendren reports from the Christian mission's headquarters in Millersburg, Ohio, the US.
