Having had only about 20,000 cases and almost 600 deaths from COVID-19, Haiti has largely been spared the pandemic's ravages.
Its first batch of vaccines only arrived in July - but few Haitians have expressed interest in getting the jab.
And now the government's scheme to vaccinate its people has been side lined by disaster relief efforts because of a deadly earthquake and a tropical storm.
