Swami Avimukteshwaranand, a disciple of Shankaracharya Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati, has announced to worship the alleged Shivling found in Gyanvapi. According to Avimukteshwaranand, Shankaracharya has ordered to start the worship service of Shivling immediately. On June 4, on the orders of Shankaracharya, he will go to Gyanvapi to worship Shivling. Avimukteshwaranand told reporters at Srividya Math located in Kedar Ghat that Swami Swaroopanand Saraswati Maharaj has ordered them to go and start worshiping Lord Adivishwar.
