Terry Sanderson, 76, is suing Gwyneth Paltrow over claims she seriously injured him while they were both skiing at Deer Valley Resort in Utah.

His lawyer has probed the American actress asking if she was distracted by her children at the time, to which she replied, "I was skiing, looking downhill as you do, and I was skied directly into my back by Mr Sanderson."
