Grenfell Tower inquiry closes more than five years after the disaster

The inquiry into the Grenfell Tower fire has now closed, with some of those firms responsible for the building accused of a "merry-go-round of buck passing".

More than five years on from the disaster one victim who lost six members of his family in the blaze said those responsible have been "passing the buck to each other".
