On Monday, the Indian government had ordered Twitter to block over 100 accounts and tweets related to the ongoing farmers' protests. However, later, Twitter reinstated the accounts despite the government order citing freedom of speech. Now, the Indian government has threatened the company with penal action if it refuses to comply with the order.
