Garbage truck drivers in Russia’s Tumen region found puppies that were thrown away in plastic bags in that very truck – the little creatures started to howl right before the compactor went on. A local dog then took the babies to her kennel. The drivers addressed the area’s residents, saying such actions are unacceptable.
