Joe Biden is setting out to build bridges after being elected the 46th president of the United States, and with vice-president-elect Kamala Harris working alongside him, he also has the monumental task of tackling the COVID-19 pandemic. Mike Armstrong reports on Biden’s plans to unite a nation divided after four years of Donald Trump’s presidency.

President Donald Trump has not conceded the election, making more claims on Sunday about the election being stolen from him. Jennifer Johnson looks at those claims and the legal battle that is only just beginning.
