It's been a dramatic week in the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell in New York.

Prosecutors released 19 photographs which they said demonstrated how close Ms Maxwell was to the paedophile Jeffrey Epstein including one appearing to show the pair on the Queen's Balmoral estate.

The trial has now been adjourned after a lawyer on the case fell ill - and an update is expected later as to whether it can resume tomorrow.
