General arrested after leading failed coup in Bolivia

Bolivia's presidential palace was stormed by a number of troops as armed forces took over the central square in the capital of La Paz.

Video on Bolivian TV showed the country's president Luis Arce confronting the general commander of the army, Juan Jose Zuniga, who appeared to be leading the rebellion.
