Gaza: Explosive blast seen, as residents report an 'airstrike'

Gaza residents have reported being hit by a wave of airstrikes, after Israel said the attacks were retaliatory for rockets that were fired from the area.

The activity comes less than a day after Israel began to scale back an operation in the West Bank which led to the deaths of several Palestinians and an Israeli soldier.
