US President Joe Biden has announced a new $375m package of military aid to Ukraine.
‘Together with the entire G7, we have Ukraine’s back and I promise we’re not going anywhere,” Biden told Zelenskiy on the final day of the Group of Seven leaders’ summit being held in Japan’s Hiroshima.
Zelenskyy, who made a dramatic entrance at the summit last night, held talks with several world leaders.
Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, the summit host, has condemned Russia and pledged an “unwavering solidarity” with Ukraine.
