The G20 group of the world's largest economies is holding a meeting on tourism in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir.
But Pakistan and China have condemned India for hosting the event in the disputed territory, and Beijing is boycotting the meeting.
Pakistan and India have fought three wars over Kashmir since 1947, but both only control parts of the Muslim-majority state.
