Further strike action likely as government is 'missing in action'

Strike action could be averted but the government is "missing in action" with further walkouts likely, says the head of the union representing of road and border force workers.

Mark Serwotka, General Secretary of the Public and Commercial Services Union, told Sky News that if the government doesn't negotiate they will escalate their industrial action in January
