'Frontline' school services 'will not be affected' by pay rises - Union leader

Mary Bousted, Joint General Secretary of the National Education Union, says she has been assured "frontline" school services "will not be affected" in order to fund a 6.5% pay rise for teachers.

She told Sky News this is the "best offer" her members can expect.
