From Oct 1, Power Subsidy To Only Those Who Want It: Delhi Chief Minister

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said the subsidised electricity in Delhi will be given only to those who ask for it, in view of the criticism the government is facing in the matter. The new rule, he said, will be implemented from October 1.
