French president becomes first G7 leader to call for a ceasefire in Gaza

French President Emmanuel Macron has become the first G7 leader to call for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war. In an interview with the BBC on Friday, Macron said while he recognizes Israel's right to protect itself, it must stop killing babies and women in Gaza.
