Speaking in question period in Canada’s House of Commons on Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland celebrated the Edmonton Oilers making it to the Stanley Cup finals over the weekend and the Bank of Canada’s interest rate cut earlier that day. “This has been a great week for Canada,” Freeland said.
