French police say they have arrested a suspect over the shooting of a Greek Orthodox priest in the southern city of Lyon. The priest was gunned down outside his church, and is in critical condition. The city's mayor says the motive is not yet known but it comes on the back of a string of terror attacks in the country. Just two days earlier, a suspected Islamist militant killed three people in a Catholic church in the city of Nice.
