Russian forces are surrounding cities, crippling humanitarian supply chains and escape routes, in what appears to be a new and disturbing tactic of slowly starving civilians.

Food and water is slowly running out in certain cities where Russian forces have taken a stronghold. Volunteers are on the ground delivering lifesaving supplies to civilians and soldiers fighting on the front lines.
