Florida: Two children rescued after car catches fire

A car has caught fire in Seminole County, Florida, with children inside - while their mother was allegedly shoplifting nearby.

Alicia Moore, 24, of Orlando in Florida faces charges of aggravated child neglect and arson, as well as unrelated charges of petty theft and assault and battery on a person over 65.
