A Texas federal judge will decide whether or not to take an abortion pill off the market. This Wednesday hearing is part of a larger lawsuit against the FDA claiming that the drug is not safe. Jennifer Rodgers, a former federal prosecutor, says 'it would be unprecedented for a single judge to say the FDA got it wrong.'
