A fire caused widespread damage to a local mall in Nigeria's capital city of Abuja on Sunday.
According to the federal capital territory emergency management agency, no deaths or injuries were recorded.
Firefighters were at the scene dousing the flames as smoke billowed from the mall.
Eyewitness Emmanuel Opara told reporters that firefighters arrived two hours after the fire had started.
A group of citizens were accused of looting electronics and groceries before they were detained by security, a Reuters reporter witnessed at the scene.
