A fight has broken out in parliament in Georgia over a controversial bill which would fine media and non-profit organisations that accepts more than 20% of funds from abroad unless it's registered as being under foreign influence. Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has defended the proposed law saying it promotes accountability and it's "not clear" why Western countries are opposed to it. #Georgia #EU #GeorgianDream #C4News
