Federal carbon tax rising, Baltimore bridge cleanup continues | Your World Tonight

The federal carbon tax is increasing by about $15 per tonne, starting April 1. And, hundreds of workers are part of the cleanup effort that's now running 24 hours a day in Baltimore.
