A massive fire has engulfed an apartment building in the city of Valencia, Spain. It's unclear how many residents are still trapped inside but firefighters have already rescued multiple people. The fast-moving fire has spread to a nearby building as well. Authorities have set up a field hospital close by for potential casualties.
