Fatal flooding submerges Indian towns and army camps

Extreme floods in Sikkim have swept away buildings and left military encampments under mudslides.

Hundreds of rescues have been carried out successfully, mostly by the military, while the death toll remains unclear because numerous people have been reported as missing.
