Farmers Protest Updates: Farmers from different parts of Uttar Pradesh, who had been protesting at the Delhi-Ghazipur border, today blocked National Highway-24 (Delhi-Meerut Expressway) because of which the road from Ghaziabad to Delhi is now closed. However, the road from Delhi to Ghaziabad is open. Police have been deployed in the area to keep the situation in control. Farmers also tried to block the road using tractors but were stopped by the police.
