Family of man killed by officer in 2016 describes efforts to reform policing

In September 2016, Terence Crutcher was shot and killed by Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby. Eight months later, Shelby was found not guilty of first-degree manslaughter and the case has been expunged from her record. Tiffany Crutcher created a foundation in her brother's name focused on criminal justice and policing reform. She joined Amna Nawaz to discuss the foundation's efforts.
