In this exclusive report, Raphael Gill's family say he was let down from the very moment paramedics arrived to treat him in south east London in November 2019, accusing them of thinking he was faking the seizures to avoid arrest.
A coroner has found that the medics sent to treat Raphael were "unduly influenced" by the fact he had been arrested.
Warning: There are very distressing images of seizures in this report that Raphael's family felt were important to show.
