A Finnish man decided to vent his frustration with Tesla in a more attention-grabbing way than writing a strongly worded letter. Upon discovering that a new battery for his Model S would set him back around $22,500, he decided to throw the proverbial baby out with the bathwater and downgrade the whole thing rather than shelling out for parts.

He got in touch with local YouTube channel Pommijatkat, which took his car out to the middle of nowhere and loaded it up with 30kg of dynamite. And before the car was blown up, a dummy with Elon Musk’s face stuck on it was given pride of place in the driver’s seat.

Hope the owner remembered to organize a ride home afterwards.
