Former prisoner Rosca Onya has spoken to Sky's political editor Beth Rigby about how he was inspired by London Bridge attack victim Jack Merritt.

Mr Merritt, who was killed in the attack a year ago, was a course convenor for Learning Together, a project which brought Cambridge University students together with inmates to study criminology.

Rosca, who was helped by Jack in prison, said he changed his life and he has released a tribute single to honour him, with all proceeds going to charity.
