European Union nations have agreed to ration gas as Russia announced another cut to supply, sending prices up once again.
Russia’s state energy giant Gazprom said it will further slash supplies through the Nord Stream 1 pipeline to Germany, down to 20 percent of capacity.
Russia blames the issue on a faulty gas turbine sent to Canada for maintenance.
But EU leaders say the latest shortfall is politically motivated.
