नोएडा पुलिस ने एल्विश यादव समेत 8 लोगों के खिलाफ सूरजपुर कोर्ट में आरोप पत्र दाखिल किया. नोएडा पुलिस ने कोर्ट में 1200 पेज की चार्जशीट दाखिल की. आरोप पत्र में 24 गवाहों के बयान भी दर्ज किये गये. नोएडा पुलिस नोएडा और गुरुग्राम समेत देशभर में दर्ज मामलों की जानकारी जुटा रही है. जयपुर लैब से सांप के जहर की पुष्टि करने वाली रिपोर्ट भी चार्जशीट में शामिल की गई है. मामले से जुड़े वीडियो, कॉल डिटेल और अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सबूतों को आधार बनाया गया. आरोप पत्र में एल्विश यादव पर लगाई गई एनडीपीएस एक्ट की धाराओं के संबंध में साक्ष्य लगाए गए हैं.
