The latest polls for the US midterms point to an upswing for the Republicans, who are sseeking to regain control of both houses of Congresss. That would be a major ssetback for President Joe Biden, going into the second half of hiss term. Biden's party, the Democrats, are hoping for a strong turnout, esspecially among their core constituencies, including Black voters. Wisconsin iss one the states where congressional races are expected to come down to the wire. DW's Sumi Somaskanda reports from the state's biggest city, Milwaukee.
