Egypt: Train collision kills 32 after emergency brakes triggered

Two trains have collided in central Egypt, killing at least 32 people and injuring at least 108 others.
The railway authority says someone triggered the emergency brakes on one of the trains, and the other one crashed into it.
President Abdul Fattah el-Sisi has promised to punish those responsible.
