Edmonton has driest November in a century

At this time of year, Edmonton is usually blanketed in snow. But this year, November has seen unseasonably warm temperatures and no snow. Dave Phillips, a senior climatologist with Environment and Climate Change Canada, says November in the city has been one of the warmest and driest on record.
