Halloween is just around the corner, and plans to celebrate could be disrupted by inflation and supply chain issues.

A surge in demand, coupled with lingering supply chain snarls mean selection may not be as great as pre-pandemic years.

Shipping and transportation costs remain high, and labour shortages create hiccups for manufacturing and transportation.

Waiting until the last minute to score a deal isn't recommended this year. Households that are already stretched financially may have to opt out of Halloween, or cut back. Anne Gaviola explains.
