Dutch Defence Minister Kajsa Ollongren told Al Jazeera that the offensive in Rafah must stop immediately and called for an immediate ceasefire. Speaking from Singapore at the Shangri-la Dialogue, Ollongren supported President Biden's proposals as a basis for peace, asserting that the Gaza conflict cannot be resolved militarily and emphasising the necessity of a two-state solution. She confirmed that the Netherlands has not transferred F-35 parts to Israel since a court ruling in February and noted the ongoing legal appeal, stating that the Dutch government complies with the ruling while awaiting further court decisions.
