The Democratic Republic of Congo's president says he will mediate between the leaders of Sudan, Ethiopia and Egypt, who are in a long-running dispute over the Grand Renaissance Dam (GERD) project.
Felix Tshisekedi is the current chair of the African Union which has hosted talks on GERD in the past.
Ethiopia has built an enormous dam over the Nile, which Egypt and Sudan say have choked their water resources as both lie downstream.

Al Jazeera's Natacha Butler discuss progress on those negotiations and other issues on the continent with Tshisekedi in Paris, France.
