Donald Trump under investigation for attempts to hang on to power after losing election

Former U.S. president Donald Trump appears to have ignored a deadline last night to say whether he would appear before a grand jury in Washington, D.C. The special counsel investigating the aftermath of the 2020 election wants to question Trump about his attempts to hang on to power after losing the election.
