A defamation lawsuit against Fox News will begin on Tuesday in the US state of Delaware.
The closely watched case was brought forward by Dominion Voting Systems, which is seeking $1.6bn in damages.
It is accusing Fox of airing false claims that its voting machines were used to rig the outcome of the 2020 election in favour of Joe Biden.
