Dog chasing deer in Bushy Park leads to owner getting third conviction for the same offence

Mr Higgs, 43, from Teddington pleaded guilty to allowing his Italian greyhound to chase the deer in Bushy Park, said the Royal Parks Police. This is his third conviction for the same offence in as many years.
