The opposition boycotted Sunday's vote, calling it a sham.
President Nicolas Maduro says he's regained the National Assembly, the last institution controlled by his opponent Juan Guaido.
Despite support from the U.S. and more than 50 nations, Guaido has failed to unseat Maduro.
