Toyota has once again warned 7,300 Canadians to stop driving their vehicles immediately as part of the largest auto recall ever. Andrew Chang explores the reason behind it — Takata airbag inflators that can explode — unleashing metal shrapnel that has resulted in 30 deaths worldwide and hundreds of injuries in vehicles since 2009.
