Inside Ukraine, a doctor working at a hospital just a hundred kilometers from the frontlines has been describing her experience after years of war.

Thousands of patients in need of life saving treatment are receiving care at Dnipro's Mechnikov Hospital – a facility now dubbed "the survival factory“.
