बच्चों को सुबह जल्दी उठकर पढ़ाई करवाने की जिम्मेदारी अबतक माता-पिता उठाते आए हैं । लेकिन हरियाणा सरकार ने तय किया है कि अब से हरियाणा के हर बच्चे को पढ़ाई के लिए सवेरे सवेरे उठाने का जिम्मा वो खुद उठाएगी । इसके लिए हरियाणा सरकार ने जो प्लान बनाया है, उसमें मंदिर, मस्जिद, गुरुद्वारे और चर्चों में लाउडस्पीकर लगाए जाएंगे और हर सुबह अनाउंसमेंट के जरिये बच्चों को वेकअप कॉल दी जाएगी..ताकि वो जाग जाएं और पढ़ाई में जुट जाएं । हरियाणा सरकार इसे अपनी एक अद्भुत और अकल्पनीय पहल के तौर पर प्रोजेक्ट कर रही है । लेकिन सवाल ये है कि अब उन लोगों का क्या होगा...जो लाउडस्पीकर से अजान की आवाज से नींद टूट जाने की शिकायत करते हैं । और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के उस नियम का क्या होगा..जो कहता है कि रात 10 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक लाउडस्पीकर नहीं बजाए जा सकते।

But the Haryana government has decided that from now on it will itself take the responsibility of getting every child of Haryana up early in the morning for studies. For this, the Haryana government has made a plan, in which loudspeakers will be installed in temples, mosques, gurudwaras and churches and wake-up calls will be given to children through announcements every morning so that they wake up and get involved in studies.But the question is, what will happen to those people who complain about losing sleep due to the sound of Azaan through loudspeaker. And what will happen to that Supreme Court rule..which says that loudspeakers cannot be played from 10 pm to 6 am.
