इसी साल 21 जून को अमरावती में उमेश कोल्हे नाम के एक दवा व्यापारी की बड़ी ही बेरहमी से हत्या कर दी गई थी। उस वक्त ये दावा किया जा रहा था कि उमेश कोल्हे की हत्या, नुपुर शर्मा के बयान का समर्थन करने की वजह से हुई है। पैंगबर पर की गई टिप्पणी के बाद, पूरे देश में एक अलग तरह का महौल बन गया था। कुछ लोग नुपुर शर्मा का समर्थन कर रहे थे, तो कुछ नुपुर शर्मा के बयान का विरोध कर रहे थे। लेकिन इस दौरान कई शहरों में मुस्लिम समुदाय के कट्टर विचारधारा के लोग, समाज में दहशत पैदा करने की कोशिश में जुटे थे।
ये उमेश कोल्हे की हत्या का सीसीटीवी वीडियो है। जिसमें हत्यारे नजर आते हैं। उमेश कोल्हो को एक ऐस रास्ते पर टारगेट किया गया था, जहां से वो हर दिन आते जाते थे। इस सड़क पर ज्यादा आवाजाही नहीं थी। हत्यारे भी जानते थे कि इस सड़क पर लोगों का आना जाना कम होता है, इसीलिए उमेश को यहीं पर टारगेट किया गया है। हत्यारे बाइक पर सवार होकर आए थे। ये उसी घटना का वीडियो है, जो हम आपको दिखा रहे हैँ।
